This painting was born at the same period as the Hawaii Storm, both reflecting the chaos, darkness, and feeling of being lost in my life at that time. Despite the tumultuous circumstances, as I created this artwork, I found a sense of calm. That's why it doesn't show crazy winds and shaking trees.
It marks the beginning of my realization that changes must be significant, much like the thunder. I hope this painting can bring the courage of changing to you too :)
